We get it - life is busy and sometimes the busy-ness of the day trumps practice. BUT consistent practice promotes personal growth. This is why our group instruction is offered over several weeks, giving participants the opportunity to grow with us over a period of time. Each weekly class builds on the previous one to add depth and understanding with on-going support. Weekly practice and support over time enables students to better integrate their learning into daily life - even when life is busy.
