Class size is small and instruction is given to help individuals adapt the practice to suit their individual requirements.
Registration is essential and Vaccine Passes are required while we raiman at 'orange' under the COVID-19 protection framework.
When: tbc
Where: In person classes are taught in Te Anau with the venue dependent on dates and times.
Investment: tbc.
Depending on your individual circumstances, my classes may also meet requirements for financial support. Please ask if you think this may apply to you.
Who is this programme for? Are you keen to better understand your current breathing patterns, whether your sleeping, in different positions, or exercising? Over this four-week programme, we will be paying more attention to our breath by looking, feeling, and listening to our breathing.
Would you like personalised, simple, and evidence-based guidance in breathwork to promote more efficient breathing in daily life? Once you have an increased understanding of your breathing patterns, you will be better equipped to learn and practise basic breathing techniques.
Are you interested in learning more about how our breath and respiration impacts every facet of human health? This programme offers you foundational knowledge and skills to support others with simple breathwork.
