Yoga Therapy Yoga Therapy can be particularly effective in helping us manage the stress and unease that we often experience with injury, disease and other challenges to our mental/ emotional health. If you are under the care of a healthcare professional it works as an adjunct to clinical treatment. The approach with Yoga Therapy is to consider the specific health concerns of an individual but to pay attention to the whole person. I am available for private bookings and offer therapeutic yoga for small groups experiencing similar health conditions. |
