Early morning is a time to gently awaken our physical body. It can also be a time to rest our attention in the stillness of the dawn before we attend to everything else in our daily lives.
This practice incorporates breath-based movement (asana and pranayama), appropriate for early morning. It is suitable for anyone who can get up and down from the floor with relative ease and comfort and is a fantastic bridge to building your personal Yoga practice.
Participation is by donation.
