COVID-19 Class Announcement
Thank you for your interest and support during this time of uncertainty. We are all processing our experiences in our own way. If I can be helpful to you, please feel free to reach out via email at the address listed above. This is a whole new world. We are in need of creative ways to cultivate connection, clarity, and calm. Yoga practice contributes to these intentions.
During the current yoga offerings, Flourish is:
1. Holding yoga class in a larger space
2. Recommending that participants to bring their own yoga gear to class (studio gear may be provided if required)
3. All payments made via bank funds transfer if possible
Thursday Morning Yoga: Vinyasa Flow
Yoga often begins as a physical practice called "asana" and refers to the physical postures practiced on the mat. In fact, many have come to think of "yoga" as asana practice. However, asana can be used as a contemplative practice, what we might call a "work-in" rather than a "workout".
We will explore the "feel" of yoga practice by taking time to reflect and revel in the "after glow". Together we will look inward, lean in gently and listen deeply.
This class is open to all levels, however it may not be suitable for those who are new to yoga. If you have any concerns, please contact me via email (address at the top of the page).

5 minute meditation (guided)
Yoga Flow Sequence
Guided breath work
DATES: 17 & 24 Nov.
TIMES: THURSDAYS 9:30 - 10:30am
COST: $12/class
LOCATION: Te Anau Lawn Bowls Club, Luxmore Drive
